I heard this call in the morning, early on January 29, 2013..   We were a few days into presenting the state's case.  II remember bringing a copy of the call to the first chair of the case and Once she heard it, I was instructed to secure the presence of the custodian of records at trial that day to authenticate the call.  It took me a few hours, and was pretty stressful, but he came to court.  

the call is between Michael and his girlfriend Tabitha, made after a day of trial, It was entered into evidence at the trial the following day.
